Speaking of girlfriend... I haven't really "let the cat outta the bag" through my blog. I quickly touched on my pending divorce in the past, which is now final. However, I usually keep my blog me-centric. Previously, I was deferring from mentioning her mainly because my ex-wife has been known to troll my blog for information. Well now I don't care. A few recent events have finally put us in the "I hate you" category. We tried to part peacefully but divorces bring out crazy emotions and it's just hard do it any other way.
To recap the weekend, UofA won big time, AZ Cardinals won... BIG TIME (and with the Eagles winning, it puts us in the spot of HOSTING the NFC Championship game next weekend)and I also won my lil' bet w/ quaid745. He let me off sometime in the Saturday evening hours. Fact is quaid745 took down a $109 turbo on Stars for a bit over $11K. Congratulations goes out to him, and I saw an opportunity to ask him out early w/out penalty which he graciously obliged.
Sunday was a uninspiring day. It was my first day back to MTT grinding, and grinding I did not do. My bankroll doesn't really allow me to get crazy so I played a few of the early micros leading up to PokerStar's Sunday $200K guarantee ($11+1 entree). Normally I'd keep on regging and eventually end up at either a final table or a ridiculously small BR. This time I decided to call it a day early and play XBox instead. GG me, as I still have a workable roll.
Nothing really in the works for this week. Sunday is the BIG GAME and then Monday I start back at University of Phoenix. Have fun playing pokah!!
Edit on Tuesdau: I'm tired of female drama. I'm a single man again, but not on the prowl. I have my degree, my career, my poker and my music to keep me busy for a while.
